SBS Tax Saving

Saving tax is the most direct way to increase your purchasing power. Before we explain how your participation in the Success By Sharing Formula will lead to increased purchasing power through tax savings, you should first be given an insight into the Dutch income tax system. In the interpretation of the tax savings it is recommend thinking further slightly “out of the box”.

In the Netherlands income tax is levied through a so-called “box system”. There are three boxes, namely box I, box II and box III. The income tax, which is placed in box I, is taxed at a maximum rate of 52%. The income tax, which is placed in box II, is taxed at a flat rate of 25%. The income tax, which is placed in box III, is not taxed at all. On the other hand, the average value of assets, which led to the income, is taxed at a fixed rate of 1.2%.
As you can imagine, the taxpayers want to see as much as possible income taxed in box III.
From the moment you join the Success By Sharing Formula, you can move large parts of your income of box I or box II to box III. This can save you 25% to 52% income tax!
